Cult of the Leader Wins CMI Management Book Award

The Cult of the Leader (Wiley), written by Christopher Bones, has been named as the CMI Management Book of the Year 2011/2012. Bones’ book won the competition from a field of 154 entries, triumphing over a shortlist of 25 prolific business and management authors. The book was the unanimous winner chosen by the five judges, Sir Anthony Cleaver, Dame Mary Marsh, Richard Donkin, Professor James Fleck, and Professor Cary Cooper.
