1. How do I change my address on a free subscription?
If you or your company have moved to a new address you can complete a change of address form on-line.

2. How do I change the name on a free subscription?
Due to audit regulations we can not transfer a free subsciption from one individual to another. To request a free subscription in your own name please visit http://www.ezsub.net/btm/

To cancel the old subscription you can visit http://www.ezsub.net/btm/ and choose the customer service option or you can fax a copy of a current mailing label to 215-238-5217. You can also e-mail us at magazinecs@napco.com or call our customer service department from 8:30 to 5:00 ET. Please be sure to provide us with the magazine name, your name and complete mailing address and a method to reach you so we can confirm your cancellation.

3. What's a digital edition?
Book Business is available in print and as a digital edition for U.S. subscribers. For those outside the United States we can only provide the digital edition on a complimentary basis.

The digital version is an exact replica of the printed issue but with these interactive features.
Clickable Table of Contents brings you directly to articles.
Built in search function allows you to quickly find companies, people and products of interest by entering in key words.
Hyperlinks to all editorial and advertiser URL's and e-mail addresses found within the issue.
Access to current and past digital editions.
Digital edition subscribers will receive an e-mail alert letting them know when the newest issue is available for viewing.

4. How do I switch from the print to a digital edition or from digital to print?
Domestic subscribers have the option of receiving their Book Business subscription in either the print or the digital format. To switch your option visit http://www.ezsub.net/btm/ and choose the customer service option.

5. How do I renew my subscription?
In order to renew your free subscription you will need to complete a renewal qualification form found at http://www.ezsub.net/btm/

6. How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel the old subscription you can visit http://www.ezsub.net/btm/ and choose the customer service option to cancel, fax a copy of a current mailing label to 215-238-5217, e-mail magazinecs@napco.com or call our customer service department from 8:30 to 5:00 ET. Be sure to provide us with the magazine name, your name and complete mailing address and a method to reach you so we can confirm your cancellation.

While we make every attempt to remove you from our list as quickly as possible you may receive one to two additional issues from us. If you continue to receive issues past this time frame please contact our customer service department.

7. How long will it take to get my first issue?
North American Publishing Company offers free subscriptions to individuals who meet specific pre-established demographic criteria which has been set for each of our titles. Individuals who satisfy this criteria are added as non-renewing subscribers are removed. While it typically takes 6-8 weeks to receive the first issue, it may take several months on some titles due to high demand.

8. How come I can get this magazine for free?
We are able to offer complimentary subscriptions to select individuals because our costs are offset by the advertising revenue generated by each title.

9. How do I get a replacement copy?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide replacement copies on a complimentary basis. Replacements can be purchased while supplies last by contacting our back issue department from 8:30 - 5:00 ET at 215-238-5361 or kkling@napco.com.

11. Why do I have to fill out a form every year?
Subscribers who receive our publications for free are required to fill out a request form every year so that North American Publishing Company can comply with U.S. postal service regulations and to provide our editors with updated demographic information which helps them keep editorial content relevant.

12. I didn't request this, why am I getting it?
From time to time, we purchasing mailing lists of people who meet the pre-established criteria for each of our magazines and send out sample copies.
