Smart to become PRH leadership and talent coach with Kelly to remain DK chief executive

Rebecca Smart, who became co-c.e.o. of Penguin Random House’s DK with Paul Kelly in 2022, will start a new role as a “dedicated internal leadership and talent coach" from 1st January 2024.
