Ingram Content Group announces a new organization to serve retailers, libraries and publishers more effectively
In the Content organization, David Taylor, President of Lightning Source, will be responsible for all publisher content acquisition activities. Mark Ouimet will become General Manager of Ingram Publisher Services. Mr. Ouimet joined Ingram Publisher Services in 2007 and has led many of its business development activities.
Mr. Prichard explained that the realignment will make Ingram's "integrated suite of services” even more accessible and functional for its channel partners, helping them sell more content to more customers.
"These changes are comprehensive and designed to align our talented organization in a way which better responds to the market and the many opportunities brought by a changing content landscape,” he said.
