Press Release: Lulu to Showcase Best-Selling Children's Book and Religious Authors at Book Expo America 2014
RALEIGH, NC--(Marketwired - May 28, 2014) - Lulu.com, the pioneer in independent publishing, will host actress and musician Yvette Gonzalez-Nacer, and best-selling authors Dr. Juanita Bynum and Peter H. Reynolds at Book Expo America 2014 on May 31 in booth 1457 to meet fans and readers, and sign their books and art.
- Yvette Gonzalez-Nacer, currently starring as Kiki in Nickelodeon's "The Fresh Beat Band," will appear on Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
- Two-time New York Times Best Seller and award-winning gospel artist Dr. Juanita Bynumand will autograph the first pages of her upcoming book, 40 Days' Journey Back into the Presence of God, which will be available on Lulu.com this Fall. She will appear on Saturday from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
- Award-winning and New York Times best-selling children's book author and illustratorPeter H. Reynolds will autograph and share Lulu Jr.'s three book-making kits. Reynolds illustrated the boxes for all three kits and authored My Awesome Book's "Quick Start Guide." He will appear on Saturday from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
Gonzalez-Nacer and Dr. Bynum are the inaugural authors for Lulu.com's new author program. This program includes pre-publication and book publishing services, as well as marketing and publicity services to help authors get their books to market. In addition, authors receive a dedicated author manager, specialized royalty agreements and exclusive opportunities to grow their brand and audience.
In addition to the new author program, Lulu will reveal a new brand at BEA 2014.
