Open Road Integrated Media Launches E-books from Thriller Writer Jack Higgins
New York, NY, June 22, 2010—Open Road Integrated Media, a digital content company that publishes and markets ebooks by creating connections between authors and their audiences, announced today that it is publishing twenty-four of Jack Higgins’s titles as ebooks as part of its Author Branded Program. The ebooks are on sale today, and Open Road will be releasing print-on-demand paperback editions of the books in the coming weeks.
Jack Higgins is widely considered to be the father of the modern thriller novel, and his books have sold over 250 million copies worldwide. The Open Road ebook editions include new covers and an illustrated biography complete with never-before-seen photos and details about Higgins’s life.
Open Road will utilize its online marketing platform to connect Higgins’s ebooks to readers. Originally produced videos about Higgins and his books, as well archival photos and interviews, will be distributed through Open Road’s online platform as well as syndicated to online content partners.
