Just in time for Cyber Monday, Open Road Integrated Media has launched Gift of E (giftofe.com), a site aimed at educating consumers on how to gift e-books this holiday season. The site is populated with videos that provide users step-by-step instructions on how to purchase e-books (using Open Road titles as an example, naturally) for the major e-book/e-reader platforms—namely Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Apple iBooks and Sony Reader—the site seems geared toward first-time e-book purchasers and specifically those purchasing e-books but who don't own an e-reader themselves.
