Ingram Content Group Inc. today announced it has enhanced the patron-driven acquisition (PDA) tools available for e-books on its OASIS® platform for academic libraries.
Brian Dauphin, Senior Vice President of Ingram Content Group, will become the company's Chief Financial Officer on July 1, reporting to CEO John R. Ingram. Mr. Dauphin will succeed Frank A. Kerrigan, who has served as Ingram's CFO since 1996. Mr. Kerrigan has announced his intent to retire next year. Effective July 1, he will become Senior Vice President, for a transition period.
Ingram Content Group Inc. today announced the launch of a comprehensive, on-demand print and fulfillment journals program that will reshape the traditional supply chain in journal publishing.

Random House will add more than 36,000 titles to Ingram's MyiLibrary eBook platform beginning in February. The University Press of Florida, University of Virginia Press, and Wesleyan University Press recently enhanced their CoreSource relationship with the CoreSource Plus option.
To expand the market reach for its Christian publishing program, HarperCollins Publishers has selected Ingram Publisher Services/Spring Arbor as its exclusive distributor to the Christian market. Ingram Publisher Services will distribute a diverse list of authors and titles from HarperCollins beginning January 1, 2012.
Ingram Publisher Services Inc. announced an agreement with Granta Publications. Granta Publications has selected Ingram to expand the reach of their content to more readers worldwide. Granta Publications is an independent literary publisher of fiction and nonfiction titles in the U.K. with imprints Granta Books, Portobello Books and Granta Magazine.
