The softcover copies are priced at a flat fee of EUR 24.95, which includes shipping and handling within these European countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.
