Jim Pattison Entertainment Ltd., a subsidiary of The Jim Pattison Group, announced today that is has acquired Guinness World Records from HIT Entertainment. Details of the sale will not be made public. Guinness World Records first published its annual book of record-breaking achievements in 1955. Today, the book is published in more than 100 countries and 37 languages.
