The McGraw-Hill Companies announced that it will reorganize its McGraw-Hill Education (MHE) division into four specialized "Learning Solutions Centers." The reorganization, which combines MHE's core basal publishing operations with its supplemental publishing operations, has resulted in the elimination of 340 jobs. Additionally, MHE's parent company has eliminated 125 positions in its information and media division and 85 in its financial services division, for a total of 550 jobs lost.
