The press strives to be “green” from cover to cover, says Anthony Crouch, director of design and production—most of the dust jackets and paperback covers used also contain recycled content. He notes that, in its contracts with book manufacturers, the press incorporates requirements that post-consumer recycled-content paper and FSC- and SFI-certified papers be included in the manufacturers’ inventories for regular use by the press.
Crouch flew out from California to accept the award.
