Trump Budget Calls for Eliminating the NEA, NEH

President Trump's budget proposal for fiscal 2018 calls for completely eliminating funding for the NEA and NEH as well as a number of other domestic programs. The LitNet arts coalition called the NEA proposal "an assault on free expression."
