Pearson will use the service to source a variety of user-generated visual content from around the world. To-date, Pearson's requirements have been focused around regional content, provided by Scoopshot's users via its free app. Utilizing Scoopshot's user base of over 600,000 mobile photographers, Pearson has geo-targeted amateur photographers to capture the visual content it requires, at a fraction of the price it would cost to commission a professional photographer.
