Harlequin Introduces Binge Reading with the Launch of the Tough Justice Series

TORONTO—January 12, 2016—Harlequin launched a creative serialization publication today with the debut of their Tough Justice mystery-suspense series. The eight-part digital-first serial is a multi-author endeavor that sees all the episodes in the series published simultaneously.
