Fan noted that traditional publishers have valuable brands and huge marketing engines, which includes networks with established news outlets. All of this can be leveraged. In the future, traditional publishers may not be able to pick the winners as well as in the past, but they can leverage their marketing channels to help the winners that emerge from ePublishing.
