Future Book paper took six months to commercially develop. It is the latest product to be made with FutureMark Green Clean technology, an innovative process that extracts embedded inks from waste paper more effectively, while using up to 30 percent fewer chemicals.
Future Book paper boasts a matte finish, a high brightness rating of 85 and at least 90 percent recycled content. FutureMark Paper Company is the only North American manufacturer producing predominantly recycled coated book paper in commercial quantities. The company’s state of the art production process is so efficient that its high-recycled paper can be manufactured—and thus sold—at a cost that’s wholly competitive with similar grades of paper made without recycled fiber.
