Bowker.com has posted a definitive reading list of books about Titanic. Visitors to the site can look inside a dozen of the works to learn about Edwardian era social norms that can be gleaned from the behavior of victims, tales of the dead buried in a Halifax Graveyard, and see the tragedy from the perspective of the Carpathia, the first ship on the scene. Previews of works such as Other Side of the Night and Titanic on Trial: The Survivors’ Story from Their Testimonies at the 1912 Inquiries are courtesy of ebrary, a ProQuest business.
