Edward Elgar wins Independent Publisher of the Year at IPG Awards

Law and social sciences publisher Edward Elgar Publishing has picked up the CPI Independent Publisher of the Year award and a second award, while Bloomsbury Publishing and Bonnier Books both received two awards.
