Rethinking diversity... together

Germany is as much a multicultural country as the UK – with these words, the tone was set for a day of exchange between British and German publishing experts, almost one year after the publication of the "Rethinking ‘Diversity’ in Publishing" report in the UK. The aim was not to see who is doing better (or worse) in creating an inclusive industry with regards to authors, staff and representations.
