Scoring on the StitchLiner 6000 gives a crisp, tight fold to catalogs, manuals, financial booklets, educational workbooks or trade music books. With a speed of 6,000 booklets per hour and the ability to stitch books up to 10 mm (approximately 3/8 inch) thick, publishers benefit from both the efficiency and capacity to bind a wide array of book products, with books ranging from as small as 5 ½ x 8 ½" to as large as 11 x 17" in size. The StitchLiner is equipped with two automatic cover feeding stations, which can bind jobs with both a cover and up to five insert sheets positioned anywhere in the booklet.
