Unfortunately, our experience has shown the opposite is more likely to be the case. By then, it’s not always easy to get the project back on track. Details like press scheduling are pipe dreams by now. The shop foreman is “out of the office,” the guy handling our job is “on vacation,” and the sales rep stops returning our calls.
