Now, a file can be FTP’d to the printer, and UPS’d back in a matter of days, with little or no contact again until the pallets with the finished books arrive at the warehouse.
Or not. Because with all the advances in print technology, there hasn’t been a commensurate improvement in the one item necessary for a successful print job.
